Congratulations to the Cippenham Trojans team of Maciej Dlugozima, Hari Prasad, Michal Garski, Igor Liiko, Albert Cheung and Graham Trimming who have clinched the title of the Maidenhead League. Needing a maximum of four sets in their final match of the season on Thursday evening against Cippenham Vikings, Trojans made absolutely sure with an easy 10-0 win. Meanwhile. second-placed Cippenham Saxons were losing 6-4 to third-placed Cookham Social Pumas but congratulations also due to the Saxons team of Louis Alexander, Bharath Prasanna Kumar, Troy Williams, Jemma Walker and Peter Chipperton for their success. Cippenham thus hold the top two positions in the Maidenhead League for the fourth season running.

This is the thirteenth time that a Cippenham team has won the Maidenhead League and the sixth in a row. For Graham this was an eighth Maidenhead team title, matching his number of similar titles in the now defunct Slough League, while it was the fourth time Albert has been so rewarded, the third time for Maciej and Hari and the first for Igor and Michal.
