Maidenhead League
Cippenham first entered the Maidenhead League in 1973 as soon as the Club was founded. Twelve championships have since been won. The Club was a member club from 1973 for many years. Then, after a gap of several years, we re-entered with one team in the season 2008-09 and in season 2019-20 ran a record six teams and this was repeated for season 2023-24.

The Maidenhead League, which is separated into two divisions, runs weekly from late September until March/April. Home matches are played on Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting at 7:30 pm. Away matches are generally any evening Monday to Thursday and are played in the Maidenhead and surrounding area.

Matches are played 3-a side and squads generally comprise of four or five players of similar ability. In addition to your Club membership fee of £20, a match fee of £4.50 per match is payable. Concessionary rates are available for juniors and over 60s. You will also need to pay for Compete Membership with Table Tennis England. However, please note that the separate registration fee which was previously collected was abolished from season 2023-24.

Only three teams have been entered for season 2025-26, three fewer than the record-equaling six two years ago.
