With four of the previous Management Committee members having stepped down, the nine remaining members were re-elected at the Annual General Meeting. Sue Hayes replaces Ken Phillips as Chairman, alongside her existing role of Events Officer, Tim Kiteley steps up as Deputy Chairman, replacing Elena Tant while Randall Rodrigues also steps up to the position of Bookings Officer, taking over Elena's other role.

Hearty votes of thanks were extended to Ken, Elena and David Tant for their fantastic efforts over the past many years.

​The meeting also adopted the Annual Report written by Club Secretary Graham Trimming. In the 16-page document, Graham covered all aspects of the Club's activities and paid tribute to the volunteers who assist the club on a daily basis. He reported on the many highlights during the past year which included multiple successes for the Club's junior players, the installation of an improved lighting system and the conclusion of difficult discussions with the host school over costs recharged to the Club.

As Treasurer, Graham also presented the Financial Statements which showed a surplus over the past twelve months of operation, recovering from the previous year's deficit.
