The 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Club was held on Thursday and was attended by only nine Club members. The hot weather, holidays, and a certain football match on television may have kept some away but, nevertheless, the meeting was concluded in time for everyone to return home for their date on the sofa!

​The meeting adopted the Annual Report written by Club Secretary Graham Trimming. In the 15-page document, Graham covered all aspects of the Club's activities and paid tribute to the volunteers who assist the club on a daily basis. He reported on the many highlights during the past year which included multiple successes for the Club's teams and players, the award of TTE Vice-President for Club Chair Sue Hayes and the overcoming of some access issues to the premises caused by building works at the host school. As Treasurer, Graham also presented the Financial Statements, also to be fond via the link below, which showed a surplus over the past twelve months of operation.

The elections returned all current incumbents and also added Margaret Thornton to their number as a new member of the Managment Committee.
